Survive Equals Thrive

I shall live until I'm dead.
I will never stop,
And just stay in bed.

Too much to explore.
Why go day by day,
As if living were a chore?

Too many opportunities to be happy.
I shall live by my own rules,
And be free.

I will never give up.
Until my dying day,
I'll be excited as a little pup.

For my life is too worthwhile.
So I awaken every day,
And think of my reasons to smile.

Simply because I am alive,
I am one in a million,
For I am the one who thrives!
